Pet Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $______ is required to hold a puppy and will go towards the purchase price. The sale price is $_______ for limited registration; and is to be paid in full two weeks (DATE) prior to when the puppy is remanded to the buyer(s), price includes applicable sales tax. The sale price is non-refundable, unless puppy dies while still in the possession of the Seller. The deposit shall be forfeited to the Seller in the event the buyer(s) fails to complete the sale.
All purebred Shih Tzu puppies being sold are “pet puppies” and can be registered with the American Kennel Club. Full AKC registration and breeding rights to be given only to approved buyers. Puppies sold with a limited registration are prohibited from breeding and registering the offspring. The Buyer agrees the puppy is to be spayed or neutered by one year of age. Gunz n’ Rosez Shih Tzus makes no warranty or guarantee on coat color, size or breeding ability, for either limited or full AKC registration.
